A global hospitality
community like no other.

Le Haus is powered by a global team of hospitality leaders, creatives, and entrepreneurs who believe in building a better kind of travel club — one rooted in connection, curation, and culture.

From our founders and operations leads to our local concierge teams across the Caribbean, we bring decades of experience from the world’s best private clubs, boutique hotels, and lifestyle brands.

Who’s Behind Le Haus?

Le Haus was created by hospitality operator and entrepreneur Ronald Ndoro Mind, whose past ventures include internationally recognized members’ clubs such as LIBRARY, ARBORETUM, and Apartment 58. His vision was simple: to design a new kind of private club — one that combined the warmth of home, the standards of luxury travel, and the exclusivity of a global community.

Our leadership team includes experts in:

• Property operations and guest services
• Private membership experience design
• Travel logistics, event curation, and local partnerships
• AI, automation, and digital concierge tools to scale white-glove service

A Global Team With Local Heart

We maintain a hyper-local approach in every destination — sourcing talent, materials, and partnerships from the island communities we operate in.

Whether you're in the Caribbean, or attending a pop-up event in London, New York, Miami or Toronto you’ll feel the difference of a team that cares and a club that listens.

Are We Recruiting?

Yes — selectively.

As we expand across the Caribbean and launch new member offerings, we’re looking for values-aligned individuals in the following areas:

• Concierge & Guest Experience
• Event Production
• Local Property Management
• Digital Operations
